  • Resume & Job Seeking: Name, gender, date of birth, contact information, education, employment history, preferred job categories, desired salary, and language skills.
  • Employer Job Postings: Company name, business registration number, recruiter contact details, and workplace address.
  • Automatically Collected Data: IP address, cookies, device identifiers, app usage statistics, access logs, and timestamps.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

  • Facilitating job searches, recruitment matchmaking, and communication between employers and job seekers.
  • User identification, fraud prevention, account security, and unauthorized access mitigation.
  • Supporting in-app translation, inquiry assistance, and interview arrangements.
  • Improving system reliability, analytical evaluations, and personalized recommendations.

3. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to external parties without your explicit consent, except under the following circumstances:

  • When a job seeker voluntarily applies to a job post or authorizes resume sharing with a specific employer.
  • When required by applicable statutory obligations, court orders, or lawful requests by law enforcement agencies.

4. Retention and Destruction of Data

Personal data is promptly deleted or anonymized once the retention purposes are fulfilled, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise under Korean law. Electronic files are permanently destroyed using irreversible technical methods.

You have the right to access, inspect, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw your consent and request account termination through the settings menu in the application.
